2. Services and Offerings

TaxBalanceHub provides central support for tax compliance and fiscal balance optimization, including advisory sessions, digital courses, and branded items.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Service Offerings

Standard advisory sessions are eligible for a refund if requested within 10 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days of approval. You may also choose to reschedule sessions at no additional cost. Please note that premium fast-track consultations are non-refundable due to immediate resource allocation and prior scheduling commitments.

3.2 Informational Products

Digital materials such as downloadable guides and video tutorials may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they have not been fully accessed. Upon approval, credits will be applied to your account or returned to your original payment method within 10 days. Transfers of informational products to another title or course are not available.

3.3 Physical Goods

Items purchased from our shop can be returned within 14 days of delivery if in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is your responsibility. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Exchanges can be arranged by contacting us.

4. No Refund Exceptions

Certain offerings, such as custom compliance toolkits or subscription bundles, are explicitly non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of preparation and immediate access upon purchase. These conditions are stated at the point of sale.
